Orders

  • What's the largest frame size we can make?

The largest framed canvas print is 1000mm x 1000mm, which is our XL option. If you would like custom sizing get in touch.

  • What if I need to change my order?

Depending on when your order was placed, you can change your order by contacting our team. We may be restricted to offering only some changes free of charge if more than 24 have passed since you placed the order.

  • How long will my order take?

Production turnaround
All of our framed canvas prints are locally handmade to order. Our target is to dispatch in 10 business days.Shipping times
Most orders are shipped via tracked couriers.

  • How can I order a custom size?

If you have a custom order in mind, please contact team.

  • What type of paper/printer do you print with?

We use an Epson SureColor P9560 for the majority of our printing which one of the best wide-format printers available. Our inks are UltraChrome archival pigment inks, so you can ensure there is no compromise on print quality.Gallery-quality canvas prints. Laminated, stretched, then framed with a sustainably sourced FSC® certified real wood frame.

  • What's the minimum file size required to print?

As long as you provide the link to your NFT on OpenSea or any other list platform we can take it from there.

Shipping & Returns

  • How much does shipping cost?

We have free shipping in NZ & AU.Final shipping costs are calculated during checkout when we have a shipping address.

  • Our Guarantee

We stand by our work and love that you trust our frames for your photos and artwork. If you're not happy with your order we'll do everything we can to make it right.If you unpack your order and notice frames are damaged or missing, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct the issue. We will request photos of damaged frames and packaging for us to figure out what went wrong and how best to fix it.

  • What payment methods are supported?

Payments work by purchasing a Metaverse Print NFT in ETH. Upon the redeem process if you are outside NZ & AU shipping costs will apply which can be paid with your credit card.We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex Credit Cards.If you have special requirements or larger order quantities we can issue an invoice for bank transfer, just get in touch.
